I am a PM with the responsibility of building new Sprint Ocean sites, Sprint New Build Sites and Sprint 2.5 Sites. I was charged with catching up all of the iMG back load of close outs over 30 in all. The close outs are now all caught up. I am currently building Sprint 2.5, Ocean and new build sites in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.

At FMHC I was responsible for a 3 year fiber to cell project for AT&T through Ericsson. This was a complete project starting from walking the site with the Telco provider to completing the project through construction including all of the Closeout packages and true-ups. I completed a T-Mobile NSN project. I completed a Verizon LTE project. I also successfully completed projects for T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, AirCell and World Class Wireless.

Field Technician

 

Responsible for completing site surveys for the T-Mobile AAV fiber project. Responsible for scheduling and completing site walks with AT&T Design Engineers to determine the best rout for the fiber path into the cell site. Responsible to redline the existing site plan and site survey to show the agreed upon fiber path. Complete a site survey form including a power survey and take a series of site photos. Label all of the site photos and create a site file containing site photos, site survey and redlined site plan and site survey. The site folder then is compressed and sent on to the appropriate manager by way of e-mail.

Responsible for pre-operational construction monitoring, implementation and support. Monitor subcontractor personnel in the construction and operation of networks. Responsible for timely completion and quality of terrestrial site construction. Deliver a quality completed site to the Operations Team. Conducted initial site visits and made site design recommendations. Reviewed and ensured that sites are built to specifications as designated in design drawings. Made on-site visits to current projects to monitor quality of work produced by the installation crews and ensured installer’s compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. Took corrective action as necessary. Performed final quality verification of all field installations by the General Contractor to ensure a proper hand-off to the Operations team. Managed all projects in accordance with company project management procedures and keep project manager, installation coordinator and other interested parties advised on the status of current projects. Work with Engineering to provide field perspective to network deployment as well as to provide expertise in deployments. Work with the Operations Team to ensure that sites are built to AirCell specifications. Ensured that all general contractor punchlist items are completed.

AT&T Mobility / ContractedMay 2008 to February 2009
Construction Manager

Have total responsibility of completing the Dual Band project in Wisconsin for AT&T. This project consists of adding coax runs to the existing cell site, installing new dual band antennas, installing TMAs and PDUs, installing diplexers, installing ret cables and ret controller, installing expansion cabinets to the existing cell site, and administrative management of necessary site files. I am also required to complete a project to repair the existing AT&T sites that have CSS antennas with bad ret motors and controllers. I am responsible for completing a site scoping to determine what materials the site needs. I contact the A&E firm and complete the initial site walk and design. I provide the Site Accusation teem with the proper engineering documents they require for the site. I am responsible for tracking the T1 progress. I am responsible for coordinating the radio installation and integration with Siemens and AT&T. I am responsible for all quality assurance on this project. I am responsible for all closeout documents and the distribution of those documents.

I have total responsibility of managing the construction process of cellular sites and site modifications. I have worked on the Sprint Cinergy Project, Sprint 4G Project in Chicago and the Sprint 4G Project in Kansas City. I am responsible for Utility Coordination, Site Design, Site Construction Management, Quality Assurance, Site Close Out Materials, A&E Coordination and management, Administrative Management of necessary site files, Uploading of necessary site files into SMS, and Site Safety Management. I hold an OSHA certificate for Construction Safety. The Construction Manager II is also responsible for the field activities of the Construction Manager I and the Apprentice Construction Manager. In my current position I am no stranger to travel. I am able to work in remote locations with little supervision.

Have total responsibility of completing modifications for the merge of Cingular and AT&T. The project includes changing out antennas, installing RXAIT cabinet to the shelter or platform, installing top and bottom jumpers, adding new main lines, installing new surge arrestors and proper grounding, changing out connectors, adding TMAs and diplexers to the antennas, adding diplexers to the shelter, and adding new radio cabinets to the shelter  or platform, This job consists of assuring that all of the due diligence is completed, a preconstruction walk, submit  the project to contractors for bid, supervise the project during construction, a post construction and punch walk, and assure that the closeout package is complete and submitted.

I had total responsibility for the design of wireless communication sites. This job function consisted of the site walk and initial site sketch and pictures, having the draftsman draw the site on Auto CAD, ordering the site survey and 2-C letter, ordering the geotechnical report, ordering the structural analysis, acquire a structural engineer, review the drawings in AutoCAD and have the draftsman make changes as required to present them as 90% drawings to the client, Make required changes after redlined by the client and present them as permit drawings, conduct the bid walk for the client and address any concerns the contractors may have about the drawings and after site completion present the client with as-built drawings. Projects drawn include, water tank sites, raw land sites, rooftop sites and collocation sites, and attend weekly deployment meetings.
